#1:  Turns over but no start ( SOLVED ) Author: mredjay,  Posted: Fri Aug 27, 2010 1:40 pm So I just replaced the rectifier and bought a new battery, now the bike will not start. Turns over fine, and even sounds like it is trying to start up, but only for about half a second. Bike had problems before but it did run. Checked connections, checked gas, turned petcok on. Any suggestions?

Now I just gotta wait for my air filter to come in. Thank yoi all for the super fast response. ALWAYS DOUBLE CHECK YOUR HANDY WORK. OR YOU'LL END UP POSTING THREADS LIKE THIS ONE!
