#1:  Fuel Shutoff Diaphragm - Taiyo Giken ( SOLVED ) Author: Moose,  Posted: Mon May 31, 2010 5:18 pm I just picked the bike up a few weeks ago it has some fuel problems. I am in search of the diaphragm which is located at the rear of fuel switch. Taiyo Giken is stamped on the casting housing. Also have a bugered up fuel bowl drain screw. Suppose I will have to buy another carb to get one of those. Carb is the Hitachi HSC40. If you know of used parts let me know.

I did order the K&L Carb rebuild kits and if it comes with the Float bowl drain screws I will drill and easy out the old one. Seems using the drains are the best way to set float bowl fuel volumes.
