I gotta do some more work to the 535's and decided sitting on my butt on the concrete even with those 2"X2" rubber garage squares just wasn't gonna cut it anymore.

I just ordered a Ultrasonic Cleaner 2.5 Litre from Harbor Freight as I am expecting to have to dismantle and clean both sets of carbs for the 95 and the 96. I have one of those small MC lifts but it is always a balancing act with it on the 535's so I started lookin at the HF ones they have 3 models and decided to drive over to my local HF and ask if they carried any in stock, they were on sale for $40.00 off, turns out they do carry one of them in stock, the foot operated one Rated at 1000 Pounds.

Easy to put together as 95% is already together in the wood crate it comes in.

It is NICE, I put my 1996 535 up on it and it is gonna be so much nicer/comfortable working on her standing or sitting on a roll around stool.

Online says "Availability: BACKORDERED" and there is a $89.00 extra weight shipping charge so if you want one check your Local Harbor Freight and save the shipping Plus the extra charge.

On Sale Now for $359.99, Plus I used a 20% Off Coupon that was mailed to me.

If your gonna work on your bike, ya might as well be Comfortable. Laughing

Looks good Scott. I have a set of plans or two for a bike lift, but no place to use it if I build one crap

Thanks Jake.

My garage is pretty FULL but since I managed to get the 96 xv535 in there when I got her I figured I could FIT the lift as well.

Bikes runninng rough out of storage and I ran a 1/2 can of sea foam in the tank but I think it is gonna take a carb tear down to get her Right.

The Ultrasonic Cleaner arrives Tuesday, so she's UP and ready for tear down.

I couldnt see myself either sitting or bent over, hunched over, the bike while removing and installing the carbs, at 49 my lower back just isnt happy doing that anymore. shock

I Should have bought the lift right after I got her she was a road rashed wreck I replaced and added alot to her.

I keep the 95 in my enclosed trailer, so its out of the way and up on the lift right after I get the 96 running right. Then it goes up for sale, the 1995 one.
